THE SPACE
With plenty of parking at this house it is great for accommodating up to 13 guests with it’s large 4 bedrooms, oversize backyard and patio. You will have plenty of room to stretch out and lay by the pool.
 

GUEST ACCESS
-There will be a key code provided to you on the day of your arrival. This will give you access to the front door.

-All 3 car garage space is available for guests to use.

-This is an Entire House rental and all areas of the home are for guests only. This includes the entire back yard which has a 8-10 foot tall wall surrounding to help provide a secluded and enjoyable experience. There are no pets allowed. Also no smoking allowed on the property.
-You can have water balloons on the property but if they are not picked up afterwards we will charge $2 per balloon picked up.

There is a tablet available for guests to operate the pool. we also can operate the pool and spa remotely if you have any problems.

Heath your host can walk you through how to operate the tablet for the pool at the time of check in.

-The spa is heated but if you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know. (not everyone wants a warm pool)
-Pool heating charges apply and propane will be billed separately. winter months are most desirable for heating. (colder months -October - May) To stay at 79-82 degrees typically requires an average of 50 to 85 gallons of propane on a week stay. Propane usually fluctuates from $2-$4 per gallon.

-Pool Cooling charges apply also- If you are staying with us in the hotter months then you may want the pool cooled down. (June-September)
On average it is about $20-$30 dollars a day to cool the pool.

We keep a house guest book in the kitchen that should answer any questions for you during your stay.
You can also contact Heath your host through air b&b at anytime if there are any additional questions. You will also have your hosts cell phone contact.
We also live only 10 minutes away incase anything were to stop working or need to be fixed.
